Il Cerreto is a farm located just 600 meters from the town of Castellina in Chianti, in the heart of Chianti Classico and extends across an area of 28 hectares some being cultivated with vineyards and olive groves, and some of which is destined to being woods and prairies.

Il Cerreto is a village made up of antique, independent farmhouses dating back to the 16th century which have been restructured respecting the culture and traditional, original architecture. An independent villa has been gained from every single farmhouse, in a way that guarantees privacy and tranquillity to the guests.

Fine wines are produced from the vineyards of Il Cerreto, reviewed by important, specialized guides. The annual production is of nearly 50,000 bottles of 3 different types:
- Chianti Classico DOCG
- Il Cerreto–IGT
- Caneva-Rosso di Toscana–IGT

We have six independent apartments with a panoramic view of the Cerreto estate and of the town of Castellina in Chianti:

TORRE 1 (4 sleeping places):
the apartments is made up of 2 floors and has a living room, equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms – one with a shower and one with a bathtub

TORRE 2 (4 sleeping places):
a two-floor apartment made up of living room, equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms with shower

TETTOIA (4 sleeping places):
a one-floor apartment made up of a large living room, equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower

TETTOIA PICCOLA (2 sleeping places):
a one-floor apartment, made up of living room, kitchenette, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

CERRETINO 1(6 + 2 sleeping places):
a two-floor apartment made up of a large living room, equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with 2 large single beds, three bathrooms with showers and an attic with 2 single beds.

CERRETINO 2(4 sleeping places):
a two-floor apartment made up of a large living room, equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers.
